Battle of the Career Websites – Part I

In what has become a very saturated online career’s market, is there a clear leader among the well known jobs website – Seek, MyCareer and CareerOne? Speaking to various recruitment agencies, Seek would be the one to go with. Apparently, consensus is, no matter where you list a job, make sure you include Seek.

Looking at the following chart which shows a one-year history of traffic data, there clearly is a market leader:

Seek convincingly has the lion’s share of the online recruitment market and would perhaps confirm the practice of recruitment agencies  to list on Seek for the greatest exposure as correct.
